Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth in the Asia Pacific region.
- Drive market expansion in Asia Pacific markets through existing and new channels;
- Create and execute sales strategies in order to gain market share;
- Lead development and expansion of company's presence in strategic markets;
- Develop services and solutions based on understanding of market trends and preference of customers;
- Build and develop market penetration and go-to-market strategies;
- Drive promotion of end-to-end implementation of company solutions and equipment;
- Build and develop internal business networks, acting as main point of contact;
- Understand competitor, market and industry trends and develop strategies for product positioning;
- Monitor sales numbers and forecast sales activities;
- Lead and guide regional sales teams to meet targets and strategic goals.
Requirements
- At least 7 to 9 years of experience in a mid- or senior sales management and business development role, preferably within a similar industry;
- Strong experience leading regional sales development;
- Experience interfacing and negotiating with senior management;
- Strong proven track record in sales, strategy and management;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with various levels of management;
- Excellent communication skills, especially in negotiation and persuasion;
- Good business acumen;
- Results oriented with a strong drive for success.
