About The Role:

We are looking for Accounts and Admin Assistant to provide accounts and administrative support to our organization.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist Admin & Finance Manager in daily administration work
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables
  • Process payments and documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, staff reimbursements and reconcile statements
  • Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
  • Preparation of monthly accounts and annual accounts reports
  • Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking
  • Assist Technical Manager / Section Manager to issue purchase order for general and electronic components / materials that meet the exacting specifications.
  • Schedule, Prepare and Process import/export documentation and related activities.
  • Liaising with forwarders and overseas agents with regards to incoming / outgoing shipments.
  • Arrange for the courier service pick-up and documents preparations
  • Maintain a list of approved contractors and suppliers.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma/LCCI in accounting
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Good communication skills
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
