Our client, in the mining industry, is currently looking for a junior accountant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role is responsible for managing the accounting books for both Singapore and Malaysia, including the handling of the full set of accounts. This role involves the submission of GST, consolidation duties for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, as well as overseeing annual reporting tasks. Reporting directly to the Financial Manager based in Indonesia, the position requires close collaboration with the Financial Controller based in Singapore.
Your Profile
A bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification is required for this position. The role demands a robust foundation in technical accounting and reporting, encompassing proficiency in both Singapore GAAP and IFRS. Familiarity with SGX reporting and compliance requirements is essential.
