Digital Marketing Executive (B2C E-commerce for Japanese Market)
Job Requirements
A written Japanese test (estimated 30 minutes) and interview will be conducted in the Japanese language by the Japanese hiring manager.
- A Diploma.
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese language with a minimum certification of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 (JLPT N1) because the websites are in the Japanese language and the customers are Japanese by origin.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on B2C E-commerce.
- Proficient in digital communication tools such as email, Slack, Trello.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years in CMS, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau) is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in specific area of B2C digital marketing (i.e. Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Automation, New Customers’ Acquisitions, Competitive Analysis, Users’ Analytics, Web Advertising, Offline Events, Business Intelligence).
- It is crucial to have a solid understanding of data-driven marketing and the capacity to make decisions and choices based on data. It's also critical to be able to operate hands-on at a modest pace with excellent accuracy.
- Stive to achieve monthly sales targets, and competent in managing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with an emphasis on metrics.
- Capable of overcoming obstacles with mental toughness, an optimistic outlook, and resilience in the face of stress from competition and adversity.
Job Responsibilities:
- To drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets in accordance with OKRs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- To supervise projects that are allocated in accordance with OKRs, giving the team (Marketing Assistants) the necessary guidance and bearing accountability for the projects' advancement and completion.
- To accomplish objectives in one or more of the marketing channels listed below:
- Marketing Automation - Email
- LINE-Mobile social media (YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and so on)
- Vertical Video Marketing - Web Advertising
- Network Marketing
- SEO, both internal and external
- Talk with Prompt Engineering (GPT)
- Analytics GA4)
- Business intelligence (Looker Studio, Tableau)
