Payroll HR Executive (Security Industry, East, Office Hours, Up to $3500)
Salary: Up to $3500
Location: Tai Seng
Workday/time: Mon-Fri, Office Hours.
Responsibilities:
- Managing employees timesheet and leave applications.
- Handle payroll and update date into the ERP Software
- Prepare and maintain the personal record of all work permit holders
- Handle the onboarding/training/repatriation of employees
- Submit employees project allocation reports to finance on a monthly basic
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource / Business or relevant field.
- With 1-2 year of experience in Payroll or Security industry
