KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Replying to all customer inquiries and updating order status.
- Coordinate with the customer-appointed forwarder, local/ international trucker, local/ international warehouse team and shipping team.
- Develop and maintain customer's KPI, SOP and objectives.
- Arranging local trucks for collection/ delivery.
- Arrange/ coordinate container stuffing/ unstuffing/ fumigation with 3rd party vendor (the shipper) if required.
- Facilitate stocktaking activities.
- Ensure accurate billings for services rendered.
- Prepare shipping documents (Customs Invoice, Packing List) by SAP system.
- Do watch screening for all the end users.
- Extract report from SAP to input HS code and country of origin for apply export permit purpose.
- Arrange shipment via courier services (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS).
- Arrange air freight shipment and sea freight shipment thru forwarder.
- Do billing after order shipped.
- Email shipping documents (Tax Invoice, Customs Invoice, Packing List, Export Permit, BL, AWB and Consignment Notes of courier service) to customer for accounting purposes and customs declaration.
- Perform any other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager from time to time.

- Forklift License/Certification – Not Compulsory
ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES
- Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics / O level qualification
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and resource management in a warehouse environment
- General knowledge of logistics
- Proficient in Warehouse and Inventory Management applications
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
NECESSARY TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Intermediate knowledge of warehouse operations
- Intermediate knowledge of Customer relations.
- Intermediate understanding of profit/ loss
