Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company Safety Management System including implementation, monitoring, maintaining, reviewing and updating the system to stays current
- Keep abreast of new developments, safe working practices, government regulations and international codes of practice
- Plan and conduct internal QHSE audits
- Plan and support external QHSE audits
- Facilitate and lead safety reviews such project HAZID and Risk Assessments
- Implementing and monitoring project HSE Plans and performance indicators:
- HSE Awareness
- KPI’s (Leading and Lagging)
- Emergency Drills
- Incident and Accident Investigation Process
- MOC Process
- Audits
- Updating of project RA Registers, Non-Conformance Record Registers, Incident Registers, MOC Registers
and HSE Statistics
- Lead the Incident and Accident Investigation team
- Promote HSE awareness and safety culture within the company
Requirements
- Min 3 years working experiences within the offshore oil, gas or renewable industry
- Formal qualification in Safety discipline or adequate experience in Safety field
- Preferably qualification in NEBOSH IGC/ IOSH
- Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
- Experience in Offshore Diving/ ROV projects will be advantaged
- Conversant with standard Microsoft business software
- Possess clear communication skills in oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong operational background and keen eye for details
