Responsibilities:
- Assist with long-term sustainability goals.
- Manage all components of a sustainable supply chain (Green supply chain, transparent supply chain, circular supply chain)
- Provide guidance and support to departments within the organization to integrate sustainability practices into their daily operations.
- Conduct sustainability training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions in areas such as energy efficiency, waste management, and supply chain optimization.
- Focus on the three Ps of sustainability (profit), focusing on such issues as cost, quality, delivery, and technology, and the second and third Ps (people and the planet)
- Conduct thorough environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Min bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, or similar education background relevant to Sustainability or Environmental Science and/or possess min 3 years’ experience in working in the field of sustainnability.
- Good knowledge of sustainability concept & principles
- Familiarity with Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Sustainable Procurement (ISO 20400), SMETA and Ecovadis would be advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience in using data visualization tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Good communicator with ability to influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders and able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Embraces ambiguity and strives for continuous progress and improvement.
