Responsibilities:
*Oversee multi outlets
* Scheduling & Arrangement of Manpower
* Checking and Requesting for Hygiene Cert & Organization Chart update from HR
* Petty Cash Control for outlets
* Monitoring Staff Attendance
* Review Staff Confirmation
* Monitor Outlet Sales
* Preparing Outlet’s menu
* Collection of Cash Bags from Outlets
* Updating Finance Team of any Sales issues
* Handle own’s operation admin work (forms, stationery requisition etc)
* Interview newly hired for Operation purpose
* Collection of time card and attendance sheet and send back to office every month end
* Other Ad-Hoc duties in regards to Operations
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of working experience in food service
* Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent team player, self-motivated, well-organized
* Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
