Operation and Admin Executive
We are looking for an Operation and Admin Executive who is capable and enthusiastic about a role that requires proactive communication skills, good office management capabilities, and an appetite for teamwork, working with managers in supporting the business.
As the Operation and Admin Executive, you are responsible for the daily trade operations of the supply chain. You will also assist in business administration, handling confidential and time-sensitive materials. This role will provide a great stepping stone in your career, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills as you build towards a more Operation Management role.

Operations Support:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of shipping operations, contract management, and documentation.
- Handle full set of shipping documents for fast turnaround, shipment process, contracts allocations & vessel nominations.
- Handling shipping coordination with suppliers, buyers, shipbrokers, ship owners/agents, surveyors, insurers, etc., to ensure smooth loading and shipping.
- Work on invoicing, shipping claims, demurrages/delivery, receivables, payables, clients' aging accounts, etc.
- Support process improvement, internal control policies, compliance, and statutory matters.
- Familiar and able handling LC/DP/Bank Docs.
- Manage other ad-hoc shipping or operational activities.
Admin Support:
- Maintain data entry
- Prepare fixed asset addition and disposal schedules and any other ad-hoc reporting
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports for Management
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers and agents
- Manage HR records, welfare, and policies
- Any other ad-hoc administration support duties assigned
