- Manage and prepare the cost estimation for the construction projects.
- Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required standards and policies.
- Keep track of the progression of the contract and document any changes in design.
- Office-based and will go on several site visits.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction related field
- Min 5 years’ experience in the construction field
- Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
- Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
