RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the Recruitment processing, Job posting, and Job application / Renewal
- Liaising with Government agencies
- Deals with Primary Care Plan (PCP) registration
- Handling Work Injury reporting to MOM and processing its insurance claims
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Processing worker’s repatriation
- Handles Company Bizsafe’s documentation and renewal certification
- Handles and process company Insurance
- Preparation and issuance of warning letters and other correspondence
- Handling phone calls and ensuring telephones calls are directed accordingly to specific person/team at all times.
- Responding to government surveys.
- Performs other ad hoc duties when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Atleast 3 years of experience
- Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel
- Able to work overtime
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
