Job responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of compliance within the project team.
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Chinese and liaison with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email
- Ensure the achievement of high-quality construction works.
- Weekly visits site meeting when required
- Propose suitable solutions to clients and their consultants, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and other owner's requirements related to design works.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve design-related challenges.
- Supervise and manage construction works to meet project objectives.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Educational background minimally a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, would be a strong advantage for candidates experienced in its usage.
- Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office for efficient project documentation and communication.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
- Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature.
