We are looking for a Travel Consultant who has a positive working attitude and has a passion in dealing with clients with their travel arrangements.
Responsibility:
- Handle clients’ inquiries related to travel
- Conclude sales and make bookings in the system
- Promote our tour packages and meet sales target
- Handle walk-ins and phone enquiries
- Handle after-sales service
- Follow up on tour confirmation, payment, and documentation
- Tour Leading
- Other ad-hoc duties as given
Experiences:
- Able to work in a team and maintain cordial relationship
- Fluent in English, Malay
- Self-motivated individual
- Positive attitude and pleasant disposition. Ability to work under pressure
- Customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Relevant working experience in the service industry will be an advantage
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (0900 – 1800)
