The successful candidate will join the Branch’s Customer Service Department which offers consumer banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to customers. He/She will perform both front-office counter service duties and back- office operational and administrative duties in the department.


Such duties include:

  • handling over the counter banking transactions including opening of accounts;
  • processing inward and outward remittance transactions;
  • processing inter-bank GIRO payments;
  • handling customer enquiries;
  • attending to customers’ account requests; etc.


The preferred candidate must satisfy the following requirements:

  • A recognized degree.
  • At least 1-year experience handling retail banking transactions in a bank
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
