The successful candidate will join the Branch’s Customer Service Department which offers consumer banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to customers. He/She will perform both front-office counter service duties and back- office operational and administrative duties in the department.
Such duties include:
- handling over the counter banking transactions including opening of accounts;
- processing inward and outward remittance transactions;
- processing inter-bank GIRO payments;
- handling customer enquiries;
- attending to customers’ account requests; etc.
The preferred candidate must satisfy the following requirements:
- A recognized degree.
- At least 1-year experience handling retail banking transactions in a bank
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
