As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving student enrollment for our diverse range of art classes.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, acquire, and maintain a robust pipeline of potential students interested in our art classes for kids and adults.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed student enrollment targets.
- Conduct consultations with prospective students and their families to understand their interests, goals, and preferences, and recommend suitable art classes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local schools, community centers, and other organizations to promote our art programs and workshops.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, social media initiatives, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Represent MurcyArt Gallery at community events, art fairs, and networking functions to raise awareness of our educational offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, educational best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, student interactions, and enrollment data.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education sector, arts industry, or related field.
- Passion for art and a genuine interest in promoting art education for both children and adults.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
