We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Manage and handle Kitchen operations. Maintain robust relationships with customers and within departments.
2. Handle customer relationships and ensured that customers leave satisfied.
3. Responsible for preparing floor layout and staff assignments.
4. Coordinate with vendors and order supplies. Improve the efficiency in inventory, labour, POS managements software.
5. Adhere to budget expectations including both product and labour costs.
6. Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
7. Handle staff training, schedule and general knowledge of computer software.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Promotes an atmosphere for cooperation between the kitchen staff and other departments within the facility’s organizational framework.
2. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets, Guest-oriented and service-minded. Customer service attitude. Set standards for achievement and key performance indicators.
3. Link training and development policy and strategy to business objectives. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS). Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
