We, are authorized distributor in Bangladesh for more than 100 international brands divided into four product categories : Branded Fragrance, skin care/personal care, Home Fragrances and Food & Beverages. We are looking for unique individual to join our company as an Asst Logistic Executive Manager:

As an executive secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. Be extremely mobile to support the CEO's activities. You will be an important member of the administrative team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, handling confidential information, and making meticulous air travel arrangements with the utmost professionalism.


Additional Responsibilities

· Support the C-level by managing day-to-day matters including but not limited to preparing and coordinating communications, complex calendar management, meeting logistics for internal and external appointments, domestic and international travel arrangements, facilitating changes to daily events as necessary, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items by acting as a liaison for direct reports.

· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and prioritize messages appropriately.

· Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

· Calendar Management of CEO: Efficiently coordinate schedules for business and personal meetings.

· Manage and organize critical documents with confidentiality and precision.

· Plan and execute events, handling details like venue selection, catering, and guest management.

· Compile and prepare detailed reports for personal and business use.

· Book flights, hotels, and transportation, creating comprehensive travel itineraries.

· Oversee household related operations.


Requirement:

· Diploma or Degree in business and HR

· At least 5 years of experience in logistics/shipping/import/export function

· Good Excel knowledge and proficient in MS Office, particularly with strong experience in pivot and V-lookup is a must.

· Knowledge of incoterms

This is a permanent role where you will be part of a stable and leading organisation that offers:

· 5 days’ work week : Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
