- Oversee the Finance Department's daily operations.
- Support cash flow control and manage the full set of accounts.
- Responsible for reviewing AP entries and payments. and approved AP payments and employee reimbursement.
- Ensure AR collections are up to date by reviewing the AR aging.
- Create monthly management reports, annual budget, and projections.
- Manage salesmen's commission computations and handle government statistics returns.
- Prepare quarterly GST filing and submit the GST.
- Ensure to review and manage the LC and BG applications.
- Carry out tax and audit schedules.
- Coordinating the annual audit with an external auditor
- Coordinate with an insurance agent for yearly coverage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
- At least 4-5 years’ relevant working experience in a similar industry.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and with analytical skills.
