Position: Logistics Admin Assistant

Location: Queenstown - EW19

Salary: Up to $2800


Job Description:

  • Oversee the Parts Order and Receipt Processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Proactively follow up on backorders, coordinating with suppliers to confirm parts delivery dates.
  • Conduct parts ordering with a deliberate focus on adherence to established time frames.
  • Timely perform parts receipting processes to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
  • Monitor backorders ETA dates and liaise with suppliers to track and ensure delivery schedules.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing Parts Ordering & Receipting processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing logistics-related documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous work approach.
  • Able to commit to rotational weekend (Saturday) shift.
