In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement through innovative strategies that push boundaries. Your focus will be on identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing initiatives, implementing creative campaigns, and building partnerships to expand our user base. Responsibilities:
- Innovative Ideator and execution: Generate and implement creative ideas, launching campaigns and growth hacks for customer acquisition, activation, and engagement. Collaborate closely within the Growth and Product team, utilizing a diverse set of approaches such as content marketing, social outreach, email campaigns, networking events, and resourceful exploration of potential partnerships to drive growth.
- Campaign Coordination: Plan, execute, and follow through on marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals. Participate in market research, collaborate with design, product, and marketing to deliver targeted messaging. Manage campaign optimization, content development, and advertising efforts.
- Outcome-driven: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to gain insights into the effectiveness of customer generation and marketing initiatives. Utilize marketing data and user feedback to optimize future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Content wizard: Own and contribute to the development of engaging content such as videos, push messages, social media campaigns, emails, media buy ads, etc, tailored to engage customers across different stages of their journey
- Partnership Exploration: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to extend the reach and open new channels or growth opportunities. Exercise resourcefulness in seeking new partnerships to maximise growth campaign and initiatives.
- Industry Awareness:Stay updated with industry practices, influencer trends and emerging developments in customer engagement and marketing, and bring this knowledge back to your role in the Growth team.
Requirements:
- Successful track record in driving growth within SMEs, start-ups, B2C or consumer apps/products.
- Demonstrated expertise in growth hacking and user acquisition, showcasing in-depth knowledge of Growth Hacking, Social Media/Viral Marketing, managing demand generation, the customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing.
