Our client is a well-established company in Real Estate development, investment and capital management company headquartered in Singapore. The Group holds diverse portfolio of assets across the global market and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Assist Operations Manager in the operation and maintenance of the building and implement the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance works of all M&E system and facilities.
Maintenance Policy
● Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with the operation, repair, maintenance and construction of facilities, equipment buildings and grounds to minimise interruption and improve efficiency
● Assist in development of strategic facilities and maintenance management
● Ensure timely renewal of licenses for all the operating systems
● Perform hand/takeover, liaison with tenants of premises
● Attend to complaints and requests.
● Prepare and invite quotation / tender and execute sourcing and administration of contracted services
REQUIREMENTS:
● Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in building management
● Knowledge of M&E system and BCA Green Mark Certification
●Possess initiative and drive
●Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities

●Working days: Depending on Project
●Salary: Up to S$5,000 + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
