-To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
-To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
-To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
-Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
-Overseeing the work of other construction workers, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently and according to safety regulations and quality standards.
-Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
-To assist in preparing the construction site, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and quality
- Keeping track of daily progress and reporting to project managers on completed tasks and any potential issues.
