Responsibilities:
Address customers' requests and queries.
Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships and experiences.
Execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks.
Maintain the client contact database to ensure it is up-to-date.
Handling of import/export enquiries.
Strive to exceed customer expectations wherever possible.
Work closely with various departments in meeting customers’ order fulfilment and achieving on-time delivery.
Meeting up with new customer in fostering customer relationship and to render better service quality.
Resolve and/or escalate issue in a timely manner.
Provide flexible support for team members and other teams and foster a positive and a motivating environment.
Requirements:
Diploma study in Administration or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years related work experience.
Able to work independently, organized and meticulous.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Customer oriented.
