- To create, prepare and cook according to Company's menus and guideline
- Has the experience to create and prepare Northern and Southern Indian cuisine
- Prepare, seasoning and cooking according to recipes to company's requirements
- Able to prepare / cook Indian prata, Indian style mee goreng and dishes
- Ability to prepare and cook for speacial occasions
- Ability to slightly modify recipe to customers' requests
- Ability to create variety for the current menus
- Arrange and garnish to ensure appealing presentation
- Ensure safe and maintain hygiene of kitchen area
- To monitor food stocks and place order
- Has the ability to lead and guide a team of cooks
- Must be willing to work on evenings, weekends and public holidays
