Job Description
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: City Hall MRT
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9:00am – 6:30pm)
Job Scopes
· Coordinate the development and maintenance of facilities and exhibitions
· Liaise with vendors/contractors for projects and works
· Liaise with partners for exhibitions
· Manage end-to-end process for exhibitions such as handling queries on bookings, conduct recces with contractors and prepare paperwork for procurement and billing
· Manage and prepare rosters
· Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth operations
· Assist with monitoring budget and record keeping of key details and administrative procedures
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holders in any fields
· Working experience in estates/facilities management, project management, or any other relevant experience
