The candidate shall be engaged in design delivery, submission, construction support, as-build and completion of the Project. The other duties include:
- Undertake detailed design in foundation, concrete and steelworks Structures
- Develop design concepts and construction methodologies and provide leadership in sectional project execution Provide design sketches and reports required for schematic, design development and constructions phases of projects.
- Provide detailed engineering computations and analysis as required for the statutory submission.
- Attending technical / progress meeting with clients and inspections during construction.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) recognised by PEB Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years post graduate experience with consultant background in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
- Proficient in 3D design programmes i.e. Robot, TSD, SAP 2000, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE etc.
- Familiar with the latest codes of practice, the complete BCA submission and approval process.
- Familiar with Revit and delivering projects in BIM.
- Willing to mentor junior colleagues.
