What you'll do:

· Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

· Devise and execute strategies to drive customer success and retention, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.

· Identify and understand customers' needs and goals, offering guidance and support to help them reach their objectives.

· Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, fostering growth and maximizing customer value.

· Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products, identifying areas for increased engagement and usage.

· Take ownership of customer accounts, overseeing the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and managing renewals and upsells.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

· Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer issues and inquiries, escalating matters when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

What you'll need:

• A minimum Diploma / Higher Nitec in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous. However, candidates from other academic backgrounds with a strong and positive mindset are also encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

• Experience in Agriculture or related fields will be beneficial.

• Strong self-initiative in problem-solving and ability to think strategically.

• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
