- Position : Business Development/Sales Executive (Property Advertising Platforms/Marketing)
- Location : Cecil Street (Raffles/Telok Ayer/Downtown MRT)
- Working hours : Monday - Friday - 9:30am - 6:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Transport Claims + Quarterly Performance Incentives + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities (cold call, networking, social media, meeting potential clients)
- Develop new initiatives and projects and develop new business partnerships (Engage with clients/bankers/mortgage brokers, real estate agents)
- Over-see and manage projects and initiatives including achieving good online reviews we well as awards; participating in events on behalf of the firm
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
- Collaborate with team members by sharing feedback, creating file and prospects to ensure smooth work process
- Plan, coordinate, implement marketing strategies and events to promote and develop new business relationship
- All other ad-hoc matters assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder
- Relevant experience in Property advertising platforms will be advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
