Job Description:

  • Coordinating projects and jobs between office and operations
  • Preparing sales quotations, invoices, and work orders
  • Inspection documents
  • Data keying
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Answering and responding to sales and operations related phone calls
  • Tabulate monthly sales report
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • All other duties are required by the Company



Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience is required
  • 5-days work week
