Logicalis Singapore is currently looking for a Advanced Cybersecurity Solutions Architect. This is a technical sales support role for our account management team, reporting directly to Cybersecurity Solution Manager. Your ability to clearly articulate cybersecurity solutions to our existing customer base and prospects is essential.
Your involvement in our opportunities will start with the initial customer meeting and continue through the design phases of the solution. You must be a self-starter, require minimal supervision, and possess strong technical and design skills for enterprise environments. This position requires excellent communications skills (written and verbal), as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
1. Supporting sales team in determining security requirement by evaluating business/ customer requirements
2. Responsible to provide pre-sales consulting for:
• Perimeter Defence
• Network Access Control
• Firewall management
• Cloud protection
• Malware Protection
• Vulnerability Assessment tool
• Endpoint Protection
• Network Visibility solution
• Web Application Protection
• Database Monitoring
• Web proxy and Email security
• Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution
3. The presales will also responsible to taking customer’s technical, financial, and business requirement into consideration in order to recommend optimal configuration or solution and also deliver presentation, proposals, included with bill of material as result.
4. Work closely with sales and marketing team to increase the adoption of advanced cybersecurity solutions to customer through marketing campaigns, customer meetings, community building, and actively involved in executing Go-To-Market strategy for advanced cybersecurity technologies.
Requirements:
• Sound Technical knowledge on the following products
- Next generation firewall solution (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortigate)
- HPE Aruba ClearPass
- Cisco Security (Firepower, Cisco WSA & ESA, Identity Service Engine, Duo, Umbrella)
- RSA SecurID or equivalent multi-factor authentication solution
- Algosec or equivalent firewall rule management solution
- Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Cloud security access broker (CASB) solution
- Crowdstrike or equivalent Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) & XDR solution
- Cyberark or equivalent Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution
- Gigamon or equivalent network visibility platform solution
- Tenable or equivalent vulnerability management solution
- Imperva or equivalent WAAP (web application & API protection) solution
- IBM QRadar or equivalent SIEM solution
• Knowledge in following products is a plus point
- Cisco networking solution (campus & DC switches, routers, wireless)
- Microsoft security solution
- Mobile application management (MDM/MAM) solution, such as Intune
- Cloud workload protection (CWP), such as VMWare NSX-T
- Network detection and response solution, such as Cisco Stealthwatch
• Knowledge in infrastructure automation is a plus point
• Knowledge in Linux is a plus point
• Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to translate business challenges into technical solution.
• Must be able to work independently and self-driven
