Homage seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Team Lead to join our Global Business Operations team. We’re looking for someone that is excited about using data to demonstrate impact to those we provide care to and inspire/guide our team of BI analyst towards our mission.
The right candidate will be action-oriented, recognising that our care recipients, their loved ones and Homage senior management depend on BI to drive business forward,improve the quality of care provided and the experience of our Care Providers.
This position will work collaboratively across multiple departments and operating units in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia. The candidate needs to be comfortable with high levels of responsibility, able to turn conceptual direction into a tangible product while pushing our team's thinking forward. RESPONSIBILITIES
● Dive deep into large data sets of care-related information to understand trends, and build actionable, insightful dashboards and data models that informs and drive business operations and strategy
● Collaborate and coordinate across departments and key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop/deliver data analytics and analytics solutions
● Allocate resources effectively and prioritise projects that deliver on business needs and timelines
● Oversee the design, maintenance and development of our data systems with our Data engineering team
● Ideate and create reports and analysis for management on the quality of care, business performance and outcomes, and identify areas of opportunities for improvement
● Work with product, operations, marketing and sales to champion and support data driven decisions in solving our biggest problems on supply and demand as our team's data expert
● Perform strategic research with first and third party sources to help shape our product development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● At least 6 years of work experience in business / data analytics or relevant field
● At least 1 year of experience managing teams and mentoring a team of BI analysts to deliver insights that drive meaningful business results
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel), statistical analysis, and data visualisation tools including Tableau (or Power BI but with the willingness to pick up Tableau)
● Expertise with SQL, python and working with large datasets
● Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple projects, acting both independently and as part of a team
● Meticulous detail-oriented and able to distill large amounts of data into a meaningful story
● Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align analytics with business goals
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
