Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the fund management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the investment team to understand fund strategies and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to provide valuable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business or project development within the fund management or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparties.
