JOB DESCRIPTION
- Quantity Surveying and contracts administration for IMF services.
- Site taking-off and measurement
- Source and obtain quotations from vendors and sub-contractors
- Analyse and evaluate quotations
- Prepare contracts to award vendors and sub-contractors
- Prepare and submit claims for completed works upon receiving of work completion reports.
- Manage progress claims and claims put up from vendors and sub-contractors
- Liaise with client and client’s representative on work progress and claims
- Track, record and update on variations claims or omissions
- Manage payments and claims via company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Any other ad hoc tasks relating to Project / QS from time to time by the Manager
JOB REQUIRMENT
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or any related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IMF industry
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and ERP software
- Ability in managing vendors and sub-contractors
- Meticulous, independent and innovative
- Honest and reliable
