The incumbent supports the Group Manager, HR & Admin to establish HR business partnership with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations.
Job Description
Responsibilities include delivery and support on the full spectrum of human resources for whole group companies in an efficient and effective manner:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to provides professional support/guidance on all aspects of HR matters.
- Involve in reviewing, benchmarking, and enhancing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive wage system with compliance to legal requirements.
- Manage accurate HR data.
- Support Finance Department in monthly payroll matters.
- Government/ Management statistical report/ survey.
- Plan and implementation of HR related initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years relevant experience as HR Generalist.
- Hands-on with MS Word & Excel, Timesoft &/or Info-Tech HRMS will be an advantage.
- Holder of IHRP certification is preferred
