Requirements:
A written Japanese test (estimated 30 minutes) and the interview will be conducted in the Japanese language by the Japanese hiring manager.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing of B2C e-commerce management with experience in the Japanese market is preferred.
- Minimum a Diploma.
- A minimum certification of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 (JLPT N1) as the websites are in the Japanese language.
- Possess relevant digital communication tools (email, Slack, Trello) and relevant experience operating e-commerce software, such as CMS, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau).
- Specialize in at least an area of B2C digital marketing such as Email Marketing, SNS, Marketing Automation, New User Acquisition, Competitive Analysis, User Analysis, Web Advertising, Offline Events, Business Intelligence.
- Seniors must possess a profound understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to effectively utilize metrics when making business decisions.
- Strive to attain sales targets, and competent in managing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with an emphasis on metrics.
- Capable of overcoming obstacles with mental toughness, an optimistic outlook, and resilience in the face of stress from competition and adversity.
Responsibilities:
- B2C business sales targets: manage and achieve ambitious sales targets based on OKRs monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Project management: Monitoring and promotion of projects assigned based on OKR. Provide appropriate direction to managers and assistants and take responsibility for their progress and completion.

- Looker Studio4 (Business Intelligence) - Maintain necessary data and update management with regular reports on campaign performance and market trends.
- Manage and evaluate marketing team and performance, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation (as appropriate).
