Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers in the acquisition of SME loans (Commercial Property Loans)
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop young talents and grow the business
- Closely track and monitor sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of sales team
- Develop and grow new customer relationships through cross selling and layering of products
- Engage with Loan Brokers and Property Agents to build a strong network
- Identify ways to improve current processes and increase effectiveness
- Adhere to strict compliance standards ensuring sound risk framework within the business
Reporting to: Group Leader, Commercial Property Loans, EmB
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 4 years' of sales experience in banking industry, with leadership experience
- Relevant experience in managing a sales team is preferred
- Ideally to have a existing network of Loan Brokers and Property Agents
- Independent, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
- Good understanding of SME market
