Involve in pre and post contracts management process. Responsibility shall include the following:
- Assist in preparation and calling of tender, conducting site showround, evaluation and recommendation of tenders to Clients.
- Assist in drafting and preparing of contractual and costing matter ensuring compliance with relevant laws
- Liaise and coordinate with contracts, vendors, clients, users, project and operation teams and consultants on the contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
- Assist in preparation of progress and variation payment claims, variation orders, extension of time, etc
- Prepare contract documentation and agreements, as well as to provide support and assist in drafting of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements
- Timely update and track all contracts and project status
- Assist in contractual matters, tendering and procurement procedures (eg. Contracts, cost control, cash flow, project budgeting, administrations, claims and cost analysis)
- Preparing and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Prepare and finalisation of main and subcontracts
- Other secondary tasks as assigned by Manager
- Experience in Building Facilities Maintenance and A&A works related Contract is preferred
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Building Facilities Management / Contracts Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Occasional traveling outside Singapore will be required.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Projects
- Able to work in both team and independently in fast paced environment
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

- 8.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
