We are working with a leading firm to search for a Regional IT Support Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for ASEAN offices
- Responsible for IT operations and projects with End User IT Services for ASEAN offices.
- Working with senior stakeholders to deploy projects and manage capacity.
- Review and maintain knowledge on all purchased and existing supported desktop software, hardware, and systems.
Requirements:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s in IT-related discipline
- At least 3 -5 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE:
- Experienced in level 2 support
- Experienced in Microsoft Entra and Office 365
- Strong Knowledge on Microsoft 365, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
