Responsibilities:
- Handle customer sales inquiries, generate quotations, and manage customer communication.
- Process orders, coordinate shipments with the Factory and customers, and track order fulfillment.
- Issue daily purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices through our ERP system.
- Prepare tax invoices, shipping documents, and packaging lists for customer shipments.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and customer orders.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support finance-related matters in the office.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, any related field.
- With well electrical motors knowledge
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
