We are looking for an Admin Accounting who is capable and enthusiastic about a role that requires proactive communication skills, good office management capabilities, and an appetite for teamwork, working with managers in supporting the business.

As the Admin Accounting, you are responsible for the daily commercial and administrative duties of the business and supporting the accounts team with bookkeeping requirements. Reporting to the Managing Director / Business Manager, you will also be handling confidential and time-sensitive materials and liaising with the various departments across inter-companies to ensure smooth workflow of the business. This role will provide a great stepping stone in your career, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills as you build towards a more Business Management role.

The company has committed to a growth plan of expanding its product portfolio in the next 3 to 5 years and to support our growth strategy, we have created this new role to join us on a full-time basis. Admin Support:

  • Administer software, systems management, and ERP integrations
  • Support process improvement, internal control policies, compliance, and statutory matters
  • Monitor and procure office inventory & pantry supplies
  • Oversee facilities services & Maintenance of office equipment
  • Manage general correspondences (e-mail, letters, couriers etc.)
  • Support general HR records & administrative work

Accounting Support:

  • Maintain Account Payables
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry & record filing
  • Handle S&P Documentation for imports, exports & shipments
  • Manage day-to-day functions: Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Payments, Ledgers, Cash Flow, Bank Recon, etc
  • Assist in monthly Management Reports & other ad-hoc tasks

Competency

  • Any Tertiary Education with minimium of 3 years' working experience
  • Meticulous & good with numbers
  • Experience in handling day-to-day accounts work
  • Excellent priority management and organizational skills
  • Microsoft suite knowledge, or other computerized accounting software
  • Passion for problem-solving and increasing efficiency in a startup environment
  • Willing to be flexible and deal with a fast-changing dynamic work environment
