Job Description & Requirements
· Attend to walk-in or phone in customers enquires (For Mobile devices such as mobile phones, laptop..etcs)
· To listen and understand the customer description of fault on their device and to Book-in or process customers’
collection (Training will be provided)
· Ensure all forms are duly filled & signed by customers before booking in device for repair or for collection
· Ensure service counter & reception area are neat and tidy daily at all time
Hourly Salary Range (SGD)
$12 - 14
