Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients via email, phone, or in-person visits to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

- Coordinate with production and delivery team to ensure timely product delivery.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
