Job Description
- Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and experience in accurately recording financial transactions.
- Processing and verifying invoices, managing vendor relationships, and resolving invoicing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage customer invoices, monitor payments, and maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable.
- Bank reconciliation, ensuring they can identify and resolve discrepancies between the company's financial records and bank statements.
- Preparation of financial reports and analyzing financial statements for insights into the company's financial performance.
- Budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis, demonstrating an understanding of budgeting processes.
- Preparing for audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools . The ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on industry best practices is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Permanent residence(PR) and Singaporean only.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountantcy or equivalents.
- Previous experience in accounting roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
