Job Summary
The successful candidate will be carrying out daily administration and technical support functions to Facilities Management (FM).
Responsibilities
- Daily building walkabout to pick up maintenance and safety gaps
- Coordination and effective communication with internal users, service partners as well as vendors for work
- Prepare site-related SOPs and guides to train technical personnel
- Able to prepare Request for Quotes, source quotations and to prepare justification and summary papers for management approval
- Able to support other venture sites relating to FM matters as secondary backup
- Raise Purchase Request / documents for management approval
- Assist in preparing Master Maintenance Schedule, follow up maintenance schedule and ensure work delivery is of highest quality from vendors
- Coordinate closely with HQ FM on Facilities Management approaches
- Conduct tool box / safety briefing to vendors before the commencement of work
- Perform any other duties relating to facilities management as assigned by the Company
Requirements
- Diploma and/or Degree in Engineering / Building-related
- Minimum 3 years' of experience in facilities / building environment
- LEW electrical license by EMA
- Manufacturing environment / Managing Agent background preferred
- Specialized in ACMV and compressor air system
- Experience in Integrated Facilities Management in both soft and hard services
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- A team player with safety first mindset
- Good communication skills
