Our boutique bakery specialises in baking and decorating halal friendly special diet cakes.
(in the process of halal certification application)
Rate: $9 per hour
Job Scope: Participation in vegan, allergy free and diabetic-friendly baking, decoration and kitchen work.
Requirements:
- To assist kitchen production and chef's administrative work
- Must have commercial production experience in baking and/or decorating cake
- Work clean, particularly hygienic - particularly with accuracy with food hygiene certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use computer system.
- Ability to work as a unit in a team or alone independently.
- To process a hyper-friendly attitude to connect with the team.
- Required language: English
- You will be exposed to using halal friendly, organic and vegan ingredients hands-on.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least Nitec or Diploma in baking/pastry
