Job Description and Requirement:
The admin support assistant is to provide administrative & logistics support at the General Office, Centre of Excellence (COE) of the Mother Tongue Department as well as Head of Department (HOD) Room. The candidate is also to take charge of sick bay and printing duties.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills
and experience:
• 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English and Chinese
• At least 3 years’ experience in school office administration
• Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and translation
tools
• Bilingual with good communication skills
• Good team player
• Able to multi-task
