Growth Marketing Manager, Marketplace & Auctions
CIX is looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help us acquire, convert and scale our corporate customer base globally. You will work closely with our commercial team to evaluate key customer needs, moments and opportunities; and play a critical role in driving transactions through personalised, cross-channel marketing campaigns that seek to build brand awareness, generate sales pipeline and grow customer relationships for CIX.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of skill sets across content, digital and growth marketing. You will be responsible for developing and translating our marketing strategy into concrete actions and initiatives to help achieve our commercial objectives. This includes building a marketing calendar, as well as leading and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive growth for our business.
This role will focus on building marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer conversion and retention for our Marketplace and Auctions venues, which includes lead generation, nurture and trigger campaigns. You will have a relentless focus on the customer and like to actively contribute to a culture of experimentation, measurement, learning and iteration.
The position will be based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Build marketing strategies aimed at driving customer conversion and retention, especially for our self-serve user base
- Develop scalable lead generation, nurture and trigger campaigns to drive global growth
- Own roadmap of ongoing, cross-channel marketing plan, including the execution of campaigns (paid search, social, display, CRM, webinars, and offline events)
- Maintain a high bar for marketing content including creatives and copy, ensuring that all campaigns are brand-compliant and boast high design quality
- Design and execute marketing experiments to test hypotheses, learn from results, and iterate on the approach
- Partner with product and commercial teams to understand funnel performance, identify customer pain points, generate insights, and ideate solutions to optimise the user journey
- Leverage data-driven techniques to create sequenced and personalised scalable programmes and user experiences
- Lead the end-to-end execution of email campaigns utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot), including creation of landing pages and forms
- Set out measures of success, key metrics and objectives for experiments and campaigns; oversee reporting and performance of initiatives and provide data-led recommendations to enable optimisation
- Be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and communicator who is focused on building meaningful and impactful user experiences
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years experience formulating multi-channel and global growth marketing strategy
- Proven track record planning and executing successful marketing campaigns for demand and lead generation, as well as in lead hand over and pipeline velocity optimisation
- Demonstrated expertise designing, launching and optimising self-service funnel campaigns
- Proven ability to create quality content from scratch or localise for audience needs
- High proficiency building data models, leveraging insights and ML-driven techniques
- Ability to synthesise data into comprehensive marketing and customer optimisations
- Hands-on execution with effective budget and time management skills
- Self-directed team player who can work independently while seeking input from key stakeholders in the commercial and product functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
