· Act as key contact point with to resolve issue related to Warranty
· Responsible for all Cars & Bikes Warranty / Campaign KPIs.
· Responsible for resolving all Cars & Bikes Warranty and Campaign issues
· Responsible for all Cars & Bikes Delivery stop violation
· Responsible for all Cars & Bikes WIP Status
· Prepare the Monthly Reports to Aftersales Director
· Ensure all Cars & Bikes Warranty procedure is in accordance with NSC guidelines.
· Process improvement with implementation to enhance and maintain the quality standards of Warranty.
· Dissemination of New Warranty Implementation / New Guidelines from the Service center and Workshop.
· Monitor and evaluate all Cars & Bikes claim rejection to reduce write off settlement with not more than set target
· Monitor on CN weekly rejection monthly on the top 3 rejection, information will be shared to the workshop & service center on the common fault for improvement
· Prepare rejection report to conduct Internal Audit quarterly for all centers
· Monthly Internal Audit for Warranty Parts storage
· Weekly WIP report monitoring to ensure all WIP is closed in a timely manner with reminder send to Service Managers/ Executives to follow up
· Monitor and rectify outstanding WIP with all Service Centers
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in any fields with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in automotive industry
· Proficiency in Computer skills such as Microsoft office
