  • Position : Admin Assistant (Receptionist / Invoice/ Simple Accounting)
  • Location : Venture Drive (nearest MRT Jurong East 7 minutes walk)
  • Working hours : 5 days a week : Monday Friday: 9 am 5pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2700 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority


Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform digital data entry and manage physical filing systems
  • Perform simple Bookkeeping
  • Prepare reports, letters, Invoicing and other documents as needed
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment
  • Support customer outreach to improve business marketing
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Attend client meetings when necessary


Requirements:

  • No Experience welcome to apply- Training provided
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Bookkeeping is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking associate
